AN AGREEMENT ON THE VYSOTSKY GRAIN TERMINAL PROJECT WAS SIGNED IN VYBORG

Today, the administration of the Vyborg district signed an agreement on cooperation in the implementation of the Vysotsky Grain Terminal project.
It was signed by Acting head of the administration of the municipal formation "Vyborgsky district" Valery Savinov, General Director of LLC "Technotrans" Viktor Chuikin, head of the administration of the MO "Vysotsky Urban Settlement" Sergey Sakharovsky.
In addition, a contract was signed between the limited liability company "Technotrans" and the administration of the municipal formation "Vysotsky Urban Settlement "for the gratuitous allocation of funds as a donation for the implementation of design and survey work for the construction of a House of Culture with a universal auditorium for 100 seats in Vysotsk on Leninskaya Street, 13. The document was signed by Viktor Chuikin, General Director of LLC" Technotrans "and Sergey Sakharovsky, head of the administration of the Ministry of Defense" Vysotsky Urban Settlement".
During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of the Vysotsky Grain Terminal project and plans for 2021, the creation of a permanent working group for operational interaction, and also identified responsible representatives of the Parties to participate in joint work.
It should be noted that more than 400 jobs will be created within the framework of this investment project.

The place of implementation of the investment project "Vysotsky Grain Terminal" (VZT): Vysotsky urban settlement, on the eastern shore of Bolshaya Fir Bay.
The goal is to create a specialized grain terminal that will expand the conditions for the development of Russia's export potential, increase the capacity of seaports in the North-Western basin of the Russian Federation, reorient grain cargo transportation from the Baltic ports to the country's own port facilities, produce products of deep processing of wheat to strengthen food security and expand exports of products with high added value.
VZT is a complex consisting of a sea cargo terminal and a production complex for deep processing of wheat, which have a common engineering and transport infrastructure.
The sea grain terminal is designed for transshipment of export grain cargo from railway transport to sea transport and import cargo from sea transport to railway transport with short-term storage of cargo in specialized warehouses.
The VZT production complex provides for the construction of an innovative production complex for deep processing of wheat.
The total volume of investments in the construction of the VZT is estimated at 13 billion rubles.
The products of the complex will provide the market of the North-West with high-quality raw materials for the confectionery, bakery, meat processing industry, which will improve the quality, taste properties, optimize the cost of products made from it and ensure the availability of products to the end consumer. Additional volumes of feed products on the market will contribute to improving the feeding diet in all sectors of animal husbandry and fish farming.
